Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the reservation date will receive a full refund, while those made less than 48 hours advance notice are non-refundable and can only be rescheduled. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done 2 hours (or more) ahead of the scheduled appointment time or the booking amount is subject to forfeit.
